Open Position: #142 – Solution Engineer

 

About the Position:

Reporting to the EVP WW sales, the Solution Engineer (SE) is a technical pre-sales role, where prime activities fall into two areas. The SE must be able to assist Account Executives by addressing the technical questions that occur during the pre-sales phase. Such questions may be related to either the CloudEndure product/architecture, or to the infrastructure platforms that are source and destination for the customer’s activity. In addition, the SE will own the primary technical responsibility to initiate, support and manage the customer’s engagement in a proof-of-concept. Specifically, this will be confirmation of fit for purpose, creation of test license, support for installation and ongoing use and collection of KPI’s to determine success or failure against customer’s success criteria. In rare cases, the SE may also be the first port of call for customer’s with rudimentary questions immediately within their go-live period.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support for prospect questions throughout the prospect sales cycle
  • Guide and support prospects through the Proof-of-Concept
  • Be an interface to product management and as a customer advocate for product enhancements
  • Help transition if relevant, new customers over to the support team

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in an SE role
  • Demonstrable success in a technological Independent Software Vendor company
  • Articulate, confident, self-aware and of personable disposition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in cloud operations in at least AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
  • Willingness for some travel within North America if relevant

Open Position: #106 – Sales Executive – North America

 

About the Position:

US-based position with location preference for the New York or east coast regions. You will report to our VP Sales. As our business is rapidly growing, we are now looking to expand our Sales Executives team in North America.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving CloudEndure sales with east coast based Enterprise and Midmarket customers

Requirements:

  • US based (preference NY, east coast)
  • Proven sales record in a startup organization of a similar nature
  • Experience selling to enterprise IT executives
  • At least 7 years of experience
  • Top Performer. Consistent overachievement of sales goals
  • Domain of Disaster Recovery, Cloud and migrations – advantage
